Tarzan and Jane ~ 2002
For their one year anniversary, Jane decides to plan a special party for Tarzan. She enlists the help of Terk and Tantor only to be reminded by them the disaster that could take place. By reminiscing of three past situations, Jane becomes discouraged to surprise Tarzan with the party. But, in the end, will it be Tarzan that surprises Jane?
The truth is, I will never know, because I stopped watching this piece of crud during the third story. This was such a cheap attempt to continue making money from the success of the original film. There was absolutely no thought or care put into Tarzan and Jane. The film is basically 3 shorts barely tied together by a surrounding story. As a whole, the film is boring and pointless.
First and foremost, the animation is borderline worse than television animation. It is not cohesive and is sloppy at best. The animation is an insult to its audience and the orignal film.
The voices are horrible. Minnie Driver did not lend her voice for Jane this time (smart girl) and the replacement made my ears bleed. The loss of Rosie O'Donnell for Terk, Tarzan's best friend, makes the character just annoying rather than funny. It's all too distracting.
I don't think this would even entertain the kiddies. It's really that boring. Just do yourself a favor and forget this sequel was ever made.
